If you have an existing system, installed by our Unique engineers or not, we can complete the annual emergency lighting maintenance to ensure your system complies with British business standards.

Emergency lighting maintenance agreements are in place so our engineers can regularly inspect the system using our strict list of checks in order to sign it off as in correct working order. In case of a power outage, your customers and / or staff can safely exit the building or continue with unstoppable tasks.

What to expect with our maintenance service agreements

After every emergency lighting maintenance inspection, your business documents can be signed off with a report is written up indicating all the checks and repairs carried out on your system. All chargeable items will be agreed prior to any work being carried out, this way there are no hidden costs.
